This is a training session open to all clubs and affiliations.
In the striking section we will be splitting the session in to 2 :-
If you just want to come down and try the first section you’re more than welcome, all sparring will be controlled.
Between 15:00 – 16:00 we will be running a BJJ open mat. This can be used to drill or get some rolling in with new people.
16:30 – Coffee and doughnuts at Dunkin Donuts
Cost is £5 for one or all the sessions and it will held at our normal training place which is Planet Fitness, Bradford.
New hoodies available to order! Good quality with zipped pockets and thumbholes. Female cut sizes available as well as different body lengths and arm lengths for the perfect fit. Speak ton Spen and Marie for more details.
Our next Kickboxing grading for our members has been announced as 26th April.

The yearly SBG camp held in SBG Manchester has been announced. It will be on 4th – 6th July. SBG founder Matt Thornton will be here. This is open to our members and we have a few discounted tickets available. Speak to Spen and Marie for more details and to buy these tickets.
