Congratulations to Simon and Lucas on their recent Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu promotions at Fulinkazan Martial Arts Club in Bradford!

Simon has earned his 2nd stripe on his white belt, reflecting the dedication, consistency, and hard work he has shown in training. His continued progress on the mats is a testament to his commitment to improving his Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu skills and embracing the challenges that come with the journey.

A special well done also goes to Lucas on receiving his 1st stripe on his white belt. Earning a first stripe is an important milestone in BJJ, marking the beginning of a student’s progression and recognising the effort, focus, and determination shown during training.

At Fulinkazan Martial Arts Club, we take great pride in celebrating the achievements of our students as they develop their skills, confidence, and understanding of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Two weeks ago we travelled down to Cambridgeshire for a Kudo Training Session. We spent time on the Kihon with Kudo England Vice President Ash Clews-Jones , a session on grappling for Kudo with Technical Director Danny An Khoi Vu, a session on striking for Kudo with Ash and a session on putting it all together for Kudo with Kudo England President Mark Spencer. Finished off with a lovely meal at the local pub. A fantastic day of training with good people.

Proud to have Skipton MMA representing Fulinkazan BJJ. The team is led by Ady, who has represented Fulinkazan many times in the #MMA arena.

Over the past year we’ve been working closely with the team in North Yorkshire to build regular BJJ classes, and we’re excited to keep supporting their growth and development on the mats.
