Our friends from the Goshin and Kudo Academy in Wales will be coming up for some BJJ with us.
10am – 12pm – Flag football at Old Broadleians RUFC Club
12pm – Pie and peas at the club
2pm – 4pm – BJJ at Planet Fitness.
All members welcome to come and join in.
