Pro 4oz Gloves

These are pro MMA gloves however they can be used in our Kudo and Combat Martial Arts technique element of the classes.  Sparring must be done with sparring gloves which have more padding as above.

Official Kudo Gloves

These gloves are required if you want to grade or compete in the sport.  However they are not used for the sparring element of our classes.  For sparring in our classes you can wear any type of Domed MMA sparring glove.

These boxing gloves are 16oz which is suitable for most adults.  They can be used in our combat martial arts and kudo classes.
