This weekend Coaches Spen, Jay and Marie went to see our friends in wales at the Goshin & Kudo Academy owned and run by Mal Snachez-Jones. Coach Spen held BJJ sessions for the kids and the adults and assessed them for BJJ promotions. Fantastic to see the progress they are making and it’s always great to go and see them.
