We will be holding a kickboxing grading for all our members who regularly attend our Tuesday and Thursday striking sessions. The grading will be held on Saturday 1st April. Times and costs to be confirmed. The grading will be for ages 6 and above. If any members would like to put their name down please speak to Spen or Marie at the gym.
