We had a cracking night coaching Kudo to the kids and adults at JT Martial Arts in Shipley.
Everyone did brilliant with techniques and drills, it was fantastic to see both adults and kids get stuck into the Kudo.
We were very impressed with the skills of the instructors and students, but more importantly the friendly and safe environment Paul and Sam have created.
