On the 9th March out friends from the Goshin and Kudo Academy in Wales will be joining us.
In the morning there will be a team building session at the
OLD BRODLEIANS RUFC club (about 15 mins drive from Pfit) where the Calderdale Locomotive Flag (American) Football team will be putting SBG Bradford, Yorkshire Kudo and Goshin Kudo Academy through their paces.

After the morning session we will grab a drink and some food from the club OLD BRODLEIANS RUFC club house and then head to Planet Fitness for an afternoon of BJJ training at planet fitness.
14:00 – 16:00 – BJJ at Planet Fitness
After that, we will head up the road for a coffee and donuts before our Welsh pals head home.
